4 Tips for Hiring the Right Mover – Tip # 2: Research the Company

It’s always best to know as much as you can about the moving company prior to hiring them. Like we said last week, it’s good to get accurate quotes. In addition to getting accurate quotes, it’s good to know exactly who you’re working with. Can you trust this company?

Do some research on Yelp or Google and read the reviews that people leave after they’ve used that company. Is everyone happy with what they paid for? Or have they been burned by this company? It’s always good to know what you’re getting yourself into. It goes beyond the money spent on moving; you’re trusting someone with literally¬†everything¬†that you own.

And hey, while we’re talking about it, feel free to leave us a review too if you’ve already used Mountain Moving!

  1. Mountain Moving has taken care of my move two different times – once was long-distance, interstate, and the other was just from one town to another about 50 miles away. In both cases, they were on-site when they said they would be and stayed on task until the job was finished. These are competent, efficient people who are also personable and approachable. They treated my things with care and respect. Everything was left set up and in good shape. Good job!
