Office Moves
Office moves are more of a custom move in that every office situation is different. We tailor our services depending on each individual situation. Organization is key in office moves.
Every item in your office needs to be labeled if it is to be returned to personalized areas in your new office. This is more obvious on the major items but is often overlooked when it comes to floor protectors, trash cans, coat trees, etc. We often use numbers or letters to keep track of different office sets. In larger moves that may be done in groups of offices moved in stages, we often use both numbers and letters to designate groups of offices. For example: The first stage of offices may be office A1 thru A20, the second set of offices may be B1 thru B20. All items going from one office to another must be labeled with its appropriate letter, number, and finally the name.
Printers, copiers, plotters, and any other items that may be leased, you should check with your leasing agent before moving. They usually prefer to move these items themselves.
